Kotiš Bronislav

He studied music and drama at the State Conservatory in Prague. Already during his studies he played in the Semafor Theatre and the Theatre in Řeznická. In 1994, he began performing in the legendary first Czech production of the musical Jesus Christ Superstar in Prague's Spirala as Apostle Peter and Thomas. From 1998-2014 he was a member of the operetta and musical company DJKT, where, among other things, his portrayal of Horace Hogofog in the musical Lemonade Joe earned him a wider nomination for the Thalia Award in 2007. In the past, he has also appeared as a guest at Divadlo na Zábradlí, Divadlo ABC, Divadlo Viola and in musicals at the Prague Congress Centre. He is currently a guest at the Karlín Musical Theatre (Polish Blood, Mam´zelle Nitouche) and several Prague musical productions (Angelika, Soap Prince, Man with an Iron Mask, Vampire Ball, etc.). He returned to DJKT as a guest with the role of Roger Strong in the musical Catch Me If You Can.
