He studied flute and composition at the State Conservatory. He was active in music for a long time: for six years he played in the band Žentour. He has worked as a music and sound engineer in leading recording studios, collaborating with a number of performers of popular and classical music. Since 1992, he has also been involved in the sound design of musical performances, participated in the production of Les Misérables at the Vinohrady Theatre in Prague and created the sound design for the legendary production of Jesus Christ Superstar at the Spirál Theatre in Prague. He is also involved in the sound design of large concerts and festivals, consulting activities, and publishes in professional magazines. He has created sound design for dozens of Czech musicals. For the Karlín Musical Theatre he created sound design for Carmen, Jesus Christ Superstar, Murder Behind the Curtain, Aida, Lucie, More Than a Small Amount of Love, The Addams Family, Time of Roses and The Legend of Holmes.
