Seidl Radek
He studied singing at the Prague Conservatory of Singing under Dr. Č. Kráčmar and at the Academy of Early Music in Brno under doc. V. Richter. He has performed the role of Caiaphas in the original version of Jesus Christ Superstar since 1997. He also played in the musicals Cats (2004) and Oedipus Tyranus (2010). Since 1998 he has been a guest artist at the Semafor Theatre. He has also sung many roles for dubbing. He sings and plays medieval and renaissance music on various musical instruments - he co-founded the band Krless (1994-2002), now he is a member of the band Bacchus (since 2009), he has guest performed with many Czech and foreign bands (Jagabab, Musica Vagantium, Tippel Klimper, Kurzweyl and others).
In 2005 he founded the Renaissance vocal polyphony ensemble Polyphonion. As a solo singer he is particularly interested in Baroque music. He works as a voice consultant and assistant choirmaster in several choirs. Since 2009 he has been teaching popular singing at the International Conservatory in Prague.
He first performed at the Karlín Musical Theatre in 2008 in the musical Carmen
