She graduated from the State Conservatory in Prague and in 2005 studied at Berklee College of Music in Boston, USA. For over twenty years she worked as a court vocalist for Karel Gott. She performs as a soloist on television shows (e.g. Stardance... when the stars dance) and performs with the Pajky Pajk Quintet. She has played the title and supporting roles in a number of musicals at theatres in Prague, Pilsen and Ostrava. On the stage of the Karlín Musical Theatre she performed the roles of Katarina and Carmen in alternation with Lucie Bílá in the musical Carmen, in the role of Georgia in the musical Murder Behind the Curtain, in the lead role in Elton John's musical Aida and in the role of Bonnie in the musical Bonnie&Clyde. She won the 2010 Thalia Award for the role of Mary Magdalene in the musical Jesus Christ Superstar. She regularly presents the programme Klub Evergreen together with Jan Smigmator on Czech Radio Two. Dasha has released three solo albums on Supraphon.
