Muzikálový showcase - 3+6

Admission to the Small Stage is open 30 minutes before the start of the performance.

 

The Karlín Music Theatre presents a new musical concert series. Three times a season, young talents of the Czech musical theatre scene will perform on the Small Stage. Each Musical Showcase is unique both in its programme and performers. Accompanied by a seven-member live band, songs from Czech and international musicals will be performed, including the latest original works by young Czech composers and lyricists. Come and support the generation of artists that you will undoubtedly see and hear extensively on the leading Czech musical stages in the near future!

Musical Showcase #4 (28. 2024)

 

Nikola Ciprová / Lindsay Jewel Salvati / Viktorie Tandlerová

 

Nikola Ciprová is a native of České Budějovice, where her theatrical career began in the musicals Blue Eyes the Cat, Sent Mail and Cyrano. She made her debut on the Prague musical scene with the lead role in the musical Water (and Blood) Over Water at the Kalich Theatre. She went on to perform the role of Mephistopheles in Doctor Faust, which won the hearts (and souls) of many an audience member.

 

Lindsay Jewel Salvati, originally from Asheville, North Carolina, United States, has performed in primarily children's roles in successful musicals, most notably in the title role of the musical Annie. She has lived in the Czech Republic for nearly a decade and regularly performs her extensive musical repertoire on domestic stages.

 

Viktorie Tandler has appeared in many musicals on major Czech theatre stages. At the Karlín Musical Theatre, audiences can see her as Julè in the musical Rebelove and as a member of the singing and dancing company in The Bodyguard and Angel of the Lord. She will also soon appear as Scout in the upcoming European premiere of the musical Beetlejuice. She also appears on the stages of the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen, the Na Maninách Theatre and the Kalich Theatre. Among other things, he is also a choreographer and movement stylist, most recently in his original project The Game of Shards, which is performed on the Small Stage of the Karlin Theatre.

Musical Showcase #5 (18. 2024)

 

Filip Antonio / Natálie Dvořáková / Tereza Šajnová

 

Filip Antonio, known primarily for his performances in children's film roles, is currently establishing himself in prominent leading roles in Prague musicals. He can be seen, for example, in productions of the musicals Doctor Faust and Branicky Miracle. At the same time, you can meet him in Jesus Christ Superstar or Dracula at the J. K. Tyl Theatre in Plzeň, where he performs in an external company.

 

Natálie Dvořáková is one of the newest faces of the Plzeň musical ensemble at the J. K. Tyl Theatre. A fresh graduate of the local conservatory, she is currently starring in the lead roles of the legendary titles Jesus Christ Superstar (Mary Magdalene) and Dracula (Lorraine).

 

Tereza Šajnová is a graduate of musical theatre at the International Conservatory in Prague. Currently she can be seen in the singing and dancing company of the musicals Sweet Mummy and Angelica, which are performed on the stage of Zoner BOBYHALL in Brno.
